Well, whatta you know? Gary Sheffield was fined and suspended for two games for "aggressive actions" in Sunday's game against the Mets. The story mentions the helmet-throwing, but not the ump-bump. Still ... amazing.

i just finished a post on my site about what a loser he is. he seems like such a miserable person, i am so glad there is no one on the sox with such a poor attitude. i was watching the game when he was ejected and am very surprised his actions got him only a two day suspension. it looked like he was ready to kill that umpire in his fit of rage.
