G56: Red Sox 6, Angels 3

Yay. Ortiz belted a clutch double in the eighth after Bellhorn rapped a sacrifice fly to break a 3-3 tie. ... Millar got two more hits, Olerud and Payton had key singles, and Foulke threw a perfect seven-pitch ninth.

Also: Orioles 6, Tigers 2 and Twins 9, Yankees 3.

The Red Sox polish their rings and head to St. Louis for three games starting tomorrow night.
